We choose apartments on the external site and came to an apartment inspection. From this point in time, we faced extensive support for any questions we asked. I would like to thank the manager, who was guiding us on all stages. Sabrina, thank you! On all stages, everything went smooth, starting from on-site review and ending with documents signing. Later on, we have been receiving support on all other questions we faced living in apartments. I would recommend working with Sabrine particularly and agency in general.

It is undeniable that Marriott Lane are a respectable real estate agency with numerous properties around the North Shore. My only problem with them is that their property managers very rarely action request a made by you the tenant. Furthermore, there seems to be a real problem with actually acknowledging your emails and responding to them in a timely fashion. The only was is up I suppose.
