Marriott Lane Real Estate have managed our apartment since we purchased it almost decade ago. All issues, such as maintenance, strata requirements, tenancy, fire alarm checks and regular inspections have been handled both efficiently and effectively and with the utmost professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord.

Thanks Sabine for your professionalism, guidance and hard work. I currently live in the UK, and Marriott Lane have been managing my property for the past 5 years+. Sabine recently leased my property; she communicated well, and is both competent and commercial in her approach. Shant has also supported the relationship for a longer time. I appreciate working with them both - thank you.

Victoria did a great job of keeping me updated with the info I needed for my rental application. She was responsive and quick to move when I encountered an issue with my new rental property. I wish all the real estate agents I have delt with in the past were as good as her.

This has been the most stressful time and Andrea has made the journey so memorable. I’m glad I waited to find the right place.
