I have Matthew Hanlon managed my investment property from the day 1 when we bought it since 2013. He is the best property manager who I have no doubt to recommend him to anyone. He is a very efficient and professional operator. He looked after my property so well and fixed all the issues that occurred with the tenants. I trust him and feel peaceful to have him managing my investment property. Thanks a lot Matthew for all those year of services.

It has been a number of years since we have had a property to rent and finding a suitable agent who is experience and dedicated to property management is often difficult. To be to linked with an experienced property management agent who has worked for the same firm in the Crows Nest area for 8+ years calmed any concerns we may have felt entering the property investment field again.. The actual experience has proved to be as positive as we hoped it would be. Dealing with Shant has been a pleasure.
