I’ve had previous property manager and didn’t find any value at all having them. When the tenant left, started with another property manager and just felt like I had to push for everything including schedule inspections etc. Fees that were not explained earlier but ended up in agreement.. When then found Marriott Lane and their service is over and beyond what you would expect from a pm. Not only did they do their best with potential clients, they gave us advice on what to do in the property to make it more attractive, timely inspections, lots of updates and open to communicate news even if no one turns up at the inspection. You’re never feeling you are just another landowner paying a fee. They feel like family/friend. I believe we wouldn’t have found a tenant as fast as we did if it weren’t for Andrea. She is the most dedicated, lovely person and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She will look after you and will have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for an agent, don’t bother with the big agents who have a person for statements, another for inspection, another for condition report, fees for every little thing ...waste of time and money where you might as well manage your own property. We highly recommend Marriott Lane, ask for Andrea.
