My experience with Senior Property Manager, Matthew Hanlon, has been outstanding. Matthew was able to advertise, show and re-lease my property all within a couple of weeks of signing the agency agreement. There will be minimal vacancy between tenants as a result and he achieved an increase in rent! Very happy, particularly given how challenging the rental market is for owners currently. Moreover, his communication through out the process was great, far better than my previous experiences with property managers. Couldn’t recommend Matthew and Marriott Lane highly enough!

We just bought our new apartment. Matthew Hanlon is our property manager. He is very professional. We have been worried about letting our apartment due to current market status. However, Matthew is able to find good tenants for us within only 4 days. That is awesome.
