Georgie was fantastic

I had just bought my first investment property, & was very proud of what I had achieved, but at the same time was nervous about how I was going to manage it. Georgie was so organised & communicative, and I virtually did nothing throughout the whole process of finding a suitable tenant. I was blown away at the service available at Marriott Lane, & I truly believed that Georgie did everything she could to find me the right tenant. Thanks so much Georgie, I feel so comfortable knowing that management of my investment is in your hands.

Very Professional

My experience with Senior Property Manager, Matthew Hanlon, has been outstanding. Matthew was able to advertise, show and re-lease my property all within a couple of weeks of signing the agency agreement. There will be minimal vacancy between tenants as a result and he achieved an increase in rent! Very happy, particularly given how challenging the rental market is for owners currently. Moreover, his communication through out the process was great, far better than my previous experiences with property managers. Couldn’t recommend Matthew and Marriott Lane highly enough!

Great Agency, customer focused

We just bought our new apartment. Matthew Hanlon is our property manager. He is very professional. We have been worried about letting our apartment due to current market status. However, Matthew is able to find good tenants for us within only 4 days. That is awesome.
