From the first contact I had with Georgina she had been highly professional. She organises repairs promptly. Recently the old tenants terminated their lease early. Georgina was able to get another tenant in with minimum delay. She kept me updated with the progress regularly. We had no problem with them responding quickly to issues arising at the house, it's just when it came to emails and verbal exchanges, the words used were unnecessary and unhelpful "put downs". There were inaccurate expectations about us being responsible for mowing the council verge, and getting rid of paint cans and rubbish left behind by a handyman. The level of arrogance by one agent was breathtaking!

This team of agents are great. I purchased a property from Stuart and Stephen from Marriott. I found both of them to be incredibly professional, yet also very personable and friendly. I later engaged Shant from Marriott to lease out the property. He was able to find a tenant with just one open. Shant is also really professional, honest and great to deal with. I definitely recommend this agency. They won't let you down.

His on-line advertisement was well-written pointing out all distinctive of my property only having a brief inspection to the property...that shows Matthew is an experienced property agent and attentive to details.
