He also held a number of additional inspections to try and bring in additional buyers. He never pressured us to lower our price, but concentrated on bringing the purchasor up to where we were comfortable selling. What I appreciated about Stu compared to other agents in the area is that he’s involved in every step of the sales process from start to finish. Many agents take on more listings than they can handle, which often leads to a team-based approach. I feel that can be a disadvantage to the overall sales campaign. Stu is professional, not pushy, and managed every detail meticulously to secure the best possible sale price. I’m happy with the result which was above reserve and set a building record.

Google I had a really exceptional experience with Matthew from Marriot Lane. I’ve been looking for a three bedroom townhouse to rent in the area for a while and when I found the one I wanted, he made it happen for me really quickly. He responded to my application within only a few hours and then expedited the whole process so I had the keys within 24 hours. I really wanted to make sure I was in and settled before the school holidays were over to give my kids some stability and he was a big help and making sure this happened. Very happy.
