Stuart went above and beyond for the sale of my apartment. I am based interstate and he managed the whole process for me, from organising stylists, repairs and cleaning prior to going on the market, to managing a quick sales process. His communication was outstanding, he kept me informed every step of the way, and I had complete trust in his ability to manage the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart.

This is our second dealing with Stuart (sales) and our 5th in total dealing with Marriott Lane. Purchased two properties and 3 property managements. Stuart has been exceptionally good and easy to deal with, in many facets for us. He is open, honest and clear in his dialogue, additionally he "always" follows up on his promises. I would not hesitate in recommending Stuart as a person or Marriott Lane as a business to assist in one's property needs. We now have a solid business rapport with Marriott Lane's Stuart Howard and Matthew Hanlon who manage a number of our properties. Thank you: Stuart / Matthew and Marriott Lane Crows Nest NSW

As a first-time vendor who knew nothing about selling property, I found Stuart to be great to work with. Stuart is very knowledgeable and experienced about the property market around the Lower North Shore. He helped me though the whole process of selling and always kept me informed about the feedback from any potential buyers. I would recommend would-be sellers to get in contact with him.

I have known Stuart for many years and he has always delivered the utmost in professionalism and quality in his dealings with both me as a seller and the respective buyers. I would highly recommend Stuart if you are looking for help in a real estate transaction.

There are two professions about which I am highly 'skeptical and judgmental': used car salesmen and real estate agents. HOWEVER, my experience working with Stuart has 'mellowed me' about real estate agents. In my short association with him, I found him to be extremely professional and trustworthy. He was 'on the ball' and quickly attended to any issues requiring attention. I believe, through his assistance, that we attained a 'fair and just price' for the unit, and I'd happily recommend him (and his company) for any real estate sale. John Lawler

Stuart remembered our requirements from an encounter 3 years ago and contacted us. We viewed the property and it was exactly what we wanted. Together with our conveyancer we exchanged 3 days after our offer. It was a very easy and satisfying experience.

Stuart’s knowledge of the Wollstonecraft area is second to none. I have lived in my apartment for over 20 years and when I decided to sell, I contacted Stuart because of his extensive experience and long-standing at Marriott Lane and his knowledge of my building. I did not hesitate to sign an exclusive agency agreement with him and felt very comfortable and confident dealing with him. He is very communicative and explained the sales process thoroughly and involved me in every detail. Stuart is a total professional and I recommend him extremely highly without hesitation.

How often will one describe a property agent as Trustworthy and Reliable? Stuart is exactly the person you are looking for whether you plan to sell or buy. Not only is Stuart very knowledgeable in the lower north shore market, he is extremely helpful. Introducing you to builders, removalists, stylists, conveyance solicitors, ... it makes the sale process so seamless and manageable. Stuart is also a very hardworking, patient and seasoned operator. Keep me well informed of the market conditions and buyers feedback, so that I can make informed decisions. I would have no hesitation to recommend Stuart.
