Stuart Howard in particular, and Marriott Lane in general, deliver on both buying and selling fronts
We bought our investment unit from Stuart Howard at Marriott Lane in 2000 and were delighted that he was able to handle the sale for us by auction this year. Stuart was the perfect agent. Stuart took more than 120 groups through our property and on each occasion rang us with initial feedback which was then followed up with a detailed written report. This meant that by the time auction day came around we had a reasonable idea of likely interest and were able to suggest a reserve we felt comfortable with.
