I sold my property through Howard and he was fantastic! went above and beyond other agents. It was sold pre-auction for 70,000 more than the best (and only!) offer the previous agent (Shead Property) was able to get and pressured me to accept, after making my apartment the only one in wollstonecraft not to get one bid(!) not to mention pass in in auction.
