I've used Chris a number of times now and he never fails to deliver an exceptional result. In my opinion, there is no other choice in the East if you’re looking for a sensational result. Throughout the campaign, Chris and his team kept both my wife and I well informed and has delivered exceptional results every time.

From the moment that we met with Chris we knew he was the right agent to sell our property. He was able to articulate his marketing strategy in a unique yet clear and savvy way. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and talks straight without any nonsense. He also commits to what he says he will do and always kept us informed at every single stage. At no point did Chris talk himself up and he was always extremely realistic and fair. He a great agent and I would recommend him for selling properties in the eastern suburbs.

Chris had an exceptional knowledge of the local market We went with his suggestion to go “off market” and within the 2 week period we had received several offers and accepted an offer for the right type of buyer for our property Throughout the experience Chris and his team communicated with us on a frequent basis and overall it was an easy and pleasant experience

Chris recently sold our home in Tamarama. I have previously engaged Chris to sell properties in Sydney Eastern Suburbs, and the experience in working with him on the sale on each and every occasion has been exceptional. Chris is not only exceptionally experienced, he is also forward thinking, honest, and strategic in his approach. Chris' advice is pragmatic and his years of experience shine through in being able to connect with trust and a well rounded understanding of the market. Chris is proactive and extremely responsive and thinks creatively to engage and secure the interest of potential purchasers. In addition, he always ensures that you are updated with progress at every step of the way. Chris is authentic, he does not over promise, and he works hard to secure outstanding results. In addition, he understands and is mindful of the myriad of challenges and emotions that come with selling and purchasing a home and is very considered throughout the process. In working with Chris, we not only worked with him, but his network of connections including fabulous trades people to prepare our home for sale and his professional team. Selling your home is a big deal and getting the choice of agent in my mind is paramount. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

From selecting the agent through to the final sale, what a pleasure it was dealing with a consummate professional, in Chris Volpatti and his team of dedicated agents. From start to finish Chris showed genuine interest in achieving only the best for us. His communication was second to none with constant reporting after an open for inspection session, including phone calls and reporting e-mails with detailed statistics therein. I doubt whether we would have made the sale on auction day, if it had not been for Chris’ dogged determination in negotiations with the eventual buyer, when nearly all hope was lost that a result would not be achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team at McGrath for your property needs.

Their plan and execution around my sales campaign was faultless. The direct and honest approach from Charles, Elicia and Natalie was refreshing and clear to follow. Listening to and following their advice will deliver the best results in a sale and campaign. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house or apartment across east and south east Sydney

Marnie did a fantastic job selling our apartment. Her style was straight forward and professional and we felt looped into all the information we needed about our sale. In addition, Marnie and her offsider Connor were friendly and personable and genuinely just a delight to deal with. We couldn’t be happier.
