Chris Volpatti is one the most honest and friendly agents that I have worked with to sell my second property with him in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Chris is the only agent that I have come across who does not bad mouth other agents in the area and is the most respectful and trustworthy agent you can work with. He has the most proactive team supporting him . He will get you the best price compared to other agents in the area, based on his profile and professionalism and most importantely market knowledge.

Charles was a great communicator. The process of buying the home was made extremely easy with the way he communicated and followed up on all his assurances. I would recommend using Charles to anyone else looking to buy or sell.

This purchase was both prompt, professional and above all, it was clear that Chris and his team did their best to represent their Vendor throughout this short but successful purchase. Chris was very upfront about the pace of the campaign which enabled me to work with his team in a very transparent and straightforward manner and successfully acquire this property on behalf of my client. Looking forward to working with Chris and his team on the next purchase.

My mum and our family are so grateful to have been recommended Chris and Jessica. Chris sold mum's family home promptly, professionally and undoubtedly went above and beyond. Chris and his team were always contactable and approachable and delivered a great outcome for mum. Chris also assisted mum to attend several open houses and attended the auction, which my mum is so grateful for. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs an honest and hardworking real estate agent.

I really liked Chris's calm composure during what is a stressful process. He knows the market very well, and talked me through everything I needed to know, and didn't bother me with all the stressful stuff I didn't need/want to know! I felt confident that he was selling my property top potential buyers in an honest but enthusiastic way. Thanks Chris!

Michael & I would like to thank you for all of your help these past few weeks in selling our parents’ home. You were very thorough and professional. You did a lot more for us than we ever expected from a realtor. You sourced a great stylist and guided us through this whole selling campaign. This was made easier because of you both. We really appreciated how you were on top of things and how you kept us informed every step of the way.  Regards Michael and Marcelle

We want to thank you and your team for the amazing result you achieved in selling our family home. There was a lot of emotion after the recent passing of our father plus the fact this was originally Dad’s Parent's home. It was always going to be interesting, I think Fun was the word we used, having two experienced real estate agents getting together. We banged heads a bit and laughed about it, however, it ended up working out brilliantly. Marnie took control, we have to go to Auction Dave. Marnie’s database & marketing process went into overdrive and had Marnie & her team of Connor & Danielle working overtime with all the enquiry. The crucial feedback after inspections, even at 9pm was full of detail. I couldn’t be happier with what I was getting from this team. Everything was going smoothly until the Covid restrictions hit Sydney again with Lockdown. We had a quick discussion & Marnie made the right decision due to her keeping in touch with all her clients, we brought the Auction forward. There were nerves and excitement at the same time as the auction was approaching. I had Marnie on one phone and my family on the other as Covid restricted us from being together. Marnie and her team had it running like a well-oiled machine. The auction was off and racing. We still cannot believe how quickly the Auction was going, it sounded like a horse race going off with 7 bidders. Marnie was absolutely perfect during the auction and the Auctioneer Scott Kennedy-Green kept the buyers engaged and represented our Dad’s home perfectly. To cap it all off, the price you achieved for us well exceeded our expectations and was just incredible! If you are contemplating selling and would like some great advice, we fully recommend Marnie Seinor and her team. Marnie is a local who knows these areas so well and has an excellent reputation for her total professionalism, sound marketing sense and her full commitment and dedication to all of her clients.
