Chris and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our house - from organising tradespeople and styling, to their tireless efforts maintaining contact with all of the buyers/home open visitors. Chris had great market knowledge and always offered his view but was never pushy. The result he achieved for us was well above our expectations and we can’t thank him enough.

Charles Stevens of McGrath Coogee sold my property Charles finds the positives in your property. He sells to the market value of your property and he didn't exaggerate the value of my property. He doesn't accept any offer. He tries to find the best price for the seller. He is a very good negotiator and I believe this is his strong selling strength. He also advertised my property very well. I would recommend him as your agent in selling your property.

Charles was highly recommended through a friend of ours, and once we had met Charles and his team there was no question as to who we wanted to sell our family home. From the beginning, Charles made the process clear, his communication and regular updates made us feel well informed from the first meeting to post sale. Charles is hardworking, honest, professional and cares about his clients. In our experience, his integrity and honesty is a rare attribute in this profession. We highly recommend Charles and his team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had listed with another local agency previously and was left disappointed on multiple fronts. I really appreciated Chris’s experience and candour. I didn’t have to cut through “noise” because he plays a straight game. Highly recommend! He will be the first person I go to moving forward.

Marnie was amazingly thorough and extremely professional in all facets of selling our property. In addition to this, she was always friendly, personable and honest in all interactions; as well as having a huge amount of industry knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Marnie to anyone selling their property who wants a professional, thorough and stress-free sale that achieves the best possible price. Marnie is an exceptional operator.

I have known Chris a good many years and have sold 3 properties with him over that extended period. As a sales agent Chris is right by your side - he understands the emotional strain, keeping you fully informed throughout the process - trustworthy and ethical. Chris is an excellent gauge of the changing market, setting accurate expectations, and is backed by a very lovely and dedicated team.

Our experience with Charles was pretty great. He was personable, professional and had a very solid understanding of our market given he had sold other apartments in our complex. He was always open and honest with us when giving advice and information which helped us make an informed decision at every step.
