Outstanding sale of my unit in Kensington.
I did some research & narrowed down to Charles because of his local experience, confidence & track history of achieving high sales results. He found the right buyers for my property and managed to pull off an auction at a minutes notice due to COVID restrictions. We achieved above and beyond what we were hoping for & I cant thank Charles and his team @ McGrath enough for helping us achieve this.

easy sale experience
Marnie managed the sale of our property while we lived out of the area. We were able to trust her to sell the property without our presence. She was the right person to sell our unique property. She saw the potential in the property to be able to pass on this to the prospective buyers, where other agents wanted us to make changes before selling. We were happy with the auction result.
