Prior to the sell of my Unit in Coogee, NSW I was reaching out to 5 individual Real Estate Sales agencies. Everyone received information about the property and a questionnaire to provide full explanation about the sales campaign, expected market response, expected sell price, sales process and communication matrix. Chris was one of the very first to get back to me over the phone. Others took a few days to respond to the questionnaire by email. 2 responses were equally good by content, but it was the professional first engagement over the phone that already set a good mark from the beginning as I am a strong believer in good verbal communication from the beginning of a business relationship. I have dealt with many REA's in the past, buying property, managing my properties or selling. I have to say Chris Volpatti and the McGrath team (Brianna Pike and others) excelled from start and set themselves apart with great market knowledge, in depth area knowledge. Competition knowledge in their industry and a very good and robust agent network within McGrath. One other agent was equally good in the sales pitch in person, but I thought that the McGrath overall supportive sales product would achieve the best results. Chris and the team did all what was promised in the first engagement and we experienced a great solid sales campaign that did in fact achieved a result above expectation.
