Professional and good communication for the most part. There was an issue where our application was submitted, but not processed by the agent until a week later despite two prior follow up attempts. After following up a third time, the application was submitted to the owner and accepted within about 30 minutes.

My experience with MARQ in 2023 was extremely positive. My agent, Emma was always quick to respond to my emails and calls, and Emma and MARQ were proactive in rectifying issues that arose from time to time. For example, when there were a few things that I noted as issues in my incoming condition report for the unit, my notes were carefully reviewed by MARQ and the issues were resolved promptly without me having to make separate requests. I appreciated this high level of service and felt very respected as a tenant. This was a level of service I did not experience with other rental agencies in the past.
