Friendliness and good communication were marred by the condition report process.

MARQ was very good to deal with on applying for the property, letting me know that I was successful and introducing me to the tenancy. The condition report process was unnecessarily tedious. Once I found things missed by the agent and for which I thought I might get blamed, I had to be very rigorous about all details, taking numerous photos and listing the many things not mentioned by the agent. It took days. I am grateful for MARQ's responsiveness to my requests for repairs and the communication standards from the appointed tradespeople.
