Poor communication skills by rental property manager.

We have been extremely upset by the experience we have had with MARQ while renting through them. The unit is in poor condition and some areas in the unit that required attention for many years was attempted to be placed on the responsibility of us. We rented the unit for a period of six months. The communication was in a bullying tone. For example setting dates for us to rectify of a couple of days otherwise we would provided with an invoice of where tradesman will be bought in. No prior conversation before receiving. Was a very upsetting experience. I felt bullied and disrespected.

Outstanding Service from Start to Move-In

I had a really positive experience with MARQ Property. The entire process of applying for a lease was made incredibly easy and stress-free. Their team was professional, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. A special thank you to Agent Antone, who was extremely prompt and helpful whenever we had questions or faced any difficulties during the application process. His quick responses and support made everything much smoother for us. Agent Chelsea was also fantastic—she made the move-in process very easy and seamless. She has been very prompt in her responses and consistently helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, the communication, efficiency, and level of service we received were outstanding. I would highly recommend MARQ Property to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable rental experience.
