Excellent service

Have been working with the team for a few years. Really happy with their service. They have been proactive in helping us managing the property, planning in advance and getting things or options ready for us to consider and action on. They are also responsive and reliable. Whenever there were issues raised by us or the tenants, the team jumped on quickly and addressed the issues. I also really like a service they provided every year that I never asked for. At the beginning of every financial year (usually on 1st July), they sent us a summary of last financial year activity summary which made our lives so much easier when doing tax return. Thank you for the great service!
