Helpful and efficient.
The MARQ team have just handled a tenant changeover on this property with no fuss. Their communication is friendly and prompt and they always keep me well advised. They arranged some maintenance and minor refurbishment on my behalf then found a new tenant in just a few days. I am very happy with the result.

Great communication
Great communication and super responsive, only issue we’ve ever had was that the conditions report seemed a little slap dash. Great about maintenance and checking in!

Professional and extremely on point with their communication
While we are overseas for an extended period Bek and Alex have been amazing keeping the property well looked after and informing us every step of the way. It's great to know that we can communicate with them in a timely manner no matter where we are. A great team.
