I was very happy with my seller's experience with Kris and Anna. Kris came to me to work out the details, which was very helpful with my busy schedule. Initially I negotiated the fee as I had had different quotes, both higher and lower. There were a few complications which arose, dealt with and communicated quickly and efficiently. Anna also came to my house to drop off important documents, relieving me of the worry of the postal service. Kris touched base with me frequently, to keep me appraised of progress. I recommend them unreservedly for aid and management in house sales.

Justin was the agent who sold me my first house. He was honest, ethical and made me feel like he was doing me a favour in getting more money out of me to secure my first home. When it came time for us to sell it 16 years later, he was our first choice. His initial research and quoting was backed up by a wide range of recent comparable sales, and he didn't under-quote or over-promise. He and Dimi Romero gave us very specific advice on what needed to be done to help get the best price for the house. With every recommendation, they gave us a "why" - why it was suggested, and what it would help do for us (based off their experience). They even did this when explaining the advertising spend. The entire processes was ridiculously painless and the plan to take it to market was logical, yet flexible. During our open home period before auction, we got multiple, comprehensive updates from them on what was going on. We never, ever had to chase them on anything. We ended up accepting a pre-auction offer that was far above anything we expected to get. I have no doubt that the reason for this is Justin's extensive experience and knowledge of the Canberra market, and the expertise he and Dimi had in making the house look the best, in knowing how to reach the people who would want to buy it. Their understanding in how to navigate a really silly, competitive market was crucial in us making an informed decision to accept a pre-auction offer. I cannot recommend them enough.

From my perspective Sam took the view that a property is more than just bricks and mortar, it was about the people. He understood the process was stressful and was supportive, yet maintained his ethics and was transparent and fair throughout the whole process.
