This is the second property our family has sold with Kris and Anna and they have been outstanding on both property sales. Kris brings a wealth of experience and provided us with an honest appraisal of the approximate selling price. He walked us through the process and kept us in the loop with weekly check-in calls to let us know how things were progressing. When we needed some extra work done to prepare the house for sale, Kris connected us with some great people who charged us reasonable rates. He also walked us through his strategy for the auction the day before and checked in on the day of the auction as well! Overall, we had a fantastic experience on both property sales and would definitely recommend Kris and Anna every time!
