Kris's bottom line up front approach coupled with professionalism is appreciated, and I was pleasantly surprised with the flexibility with regard to payment of the deposit for auctions (We have experienced agents being almost abrasive, and left me feeling like unworthy buyers!). He made the whole process seem smooth for us at first home buyers. We did not expect a gift! So Thank you, again!
