I was very happy with my seller's experience with Kris and Anna. Kris came to me to work out the details, which was very helpful with my busy schedule. Initially I negotiated the fee as I had had different quotes, both higher and lower. There were a few complications which arose, dealt with and communicated quickly and efficiently. Anna also came to my house to drop off important documents, relieving me of the worry of the postal service. Kris touched base with me frequently, to keep me appraised of progress.
