I left marketing plan re pricing up to Kris after all he is the expert, gave him our minimum price and we went from there. Our place was unique in the sense there wasn't much on the market to compare with, so Kris suggested a offers over price guide and the property sold within a few weeks. The property originally had tenants in it Kris managed giving the tenants notice all went smoothly. Kris was referred us by the property manager.
