Fantastic and impressive.
We recently trusted McGrath with our rental property and we are so glad we did. It has taken a tremendous amount of pressure off us and the experience with these ladies has been nothing short of incredible. Nothing has been too much trouble. Their knowledge and follow up has been great and we feel so confident and happy now.

Good estimate on rental income

Highly recommended agency

Fantastic Agent who went above & beyond to help me.
I would highly recommend Lucy Crouch from McGrath Dickson who was amazing in securing us a rental so we can get a larger home for our blended family. Being the first time I've ever rented she answered my numerous questions and anxious emails and was amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to list their home. I would also like to say that Emma Coleman who is our property manager has been amazing also since taking over the management of this property
