From the very beginning of our experience with Justin it was clear he was a very knowledgeable agent. His professionalism was second to none and his way of making a connection with us as the client was seemless. At first, we asked Justin what our options were in regards to selling our house. He discussed in detail his extensive knowledge of the market and the best approach to getting us the best possible price. From the start of the open home process to sale and exchange we were kept in the loop at every stage. After 6 days on the market Justin and the team had our house sold for a suburb record. Trenton was the first and only agent we interviewed to sell our property, and we are so glad we chose to go with him. Trenton was able to sell our apartment in not only the most competitive Gungahlin market, but during COVID and periods where no opens were allowed. We met Justin Taylor 13 years ago when he showed us through a house we were interested in purchasing. His personality, warmth and professionalism resonated with us so much, that when we made the decision to sell, we deliberately searched for him. Justin is not your stereotypical realestate agent. He is a genuinely nice person who people instantly feel at ease with. Justin met with us and thoroughly explained the process and provided us with many options and information. His follow-up customer service was respectful, encouraging, reassuring and professional. Our house went on the market during mid winter and Covid times. To say we were worried about this affecting a successful sale was an understatement. Justin, however, made us feel confident and at ease and within a week of our first open home, we had accepted an offer well above our asking price! Justin has made our house sale about us and our home. Not once has he tried to use it as an advertisement for himself (unlike so many other realtors who have their face plastered over the For Sale signs). We appreciate Justin's modesty but know that our successful sale would not have been possible without his hard work and professionalism. Justin has not only sold our precious home but has offered us invaluable advice in the process of buying on the other end.
