From pre-listing through to Auction day Justin and Dimi offered invaluable advice in regard to what would add value to our home in the eyes of a purchaser, in particular Justin was the only Agent during the preliminary interview phase to recommend filling in a wall between two rooms to make our home more liveable for the next owners. This advice along with Justin’s experience in selling in the Harrison area over a number of years as well as the team approach that Dimi and Justin offer were the deciding factors in our choice to list with them. Given that we had purchased interstate and decided to leave Canberra pre-marketing phase, peace of mind was all important in relation to Dimi’s project management of outstanding work to be completed and Agent communication throughout the sales process.
