Agency provided me with strata details only 4 days prior to move-in, Strata then passed me onto the body corporate manager who wasn't impressed with the late notice, I queried McGrath on the electricity and gas meter to assist with easy move-in and I was forwarded onto body corporate manager, who advised me that the electricity and broadband setup is a bit of process, delaying us from having these services earlier. It was disappointing that our move-in wasn't a smooth as we would have liked and we would have appreciated more assistance from our agency.
