The tenant had been offered an incentive to move out as I wanted vacant possession - not surprisingly, the seller, who now had a vacant apartment and possibly no buyer, was not a happy-camper. Yet Trenton managed to be 100% professional, patient and positive throughout the entire absurd saga. I recently bought a property which was for sale through Morrissey Real Estate. Even though Trenton was not acting on my behalf, I found him to be a rock solid source of information and assistance for me throughout the purchase while dealing with the less than satisfactory service from my own bank and the legal firm handling the conveyancing. He remained friendly and helpful when paperwork was lost or went missing, and I asked him "to send it to me again please". He is a tough negotiater with a sprinkling of light hearted humour while remaining professional and respectful. I recommend Trenton unreservedly.

I have sold many properties through the years using other major agencies around the trap, and there were always something missing about their service; full of talk but no walk and the result always leave you wondering whether they have done their best... This is the first time I engaged Trenton Morrissey; and what a breath of fresh air.. Absolutely everything went perfectly and his service, communication, negotiation and integrity are impeccable. Forget about big agencies promising grandiose exposure of your property to their list of buyers on their multiple databases etc.., it's all a bluff. With our internet age, your property would be equally exposed irrespective of what agencies you use and it is the smaller agencies that will provide you with a more personalised service and achieve a better outcome for you. We had the pleasure of first meeting Justin in 2007 when we were downsizing and were looking to purchase a house/land package. At that time Justin was relatively new to the real estate industry, but upon our first meeting we were impressed with his down to earth persona, combined with a detailed knowledge of the product he was selling. Needless to say we purchased our house through Justin which was a smooth and trouble free experience. We watched over the years as Justin became somewhat of a powerhouse in the Gungahlin housing market and when it came time to sell our home there was only one agent we bothered contacting. Justin provided us with a no pressure sales strategy that we felt comfortable with.
