I recently bought my apartment through Trenton Morrissey. My offer had been dependent on my divorce money coming through; unfortunately there was a hiccouph and it took three months longer than my ex's divorce lawyer told me it would. The tenant had been offered an incentive to move out as I wanted vacant possession - not surprisingly, the seller, who now had a vacant apartment and possibly no buyer, was not a happy-camper. Yet Trenton managed to be 100% professional, patient and positive throughout the entire absurd saga.
