Caitlin has been amazing! She is friendly and honest and gets issues solved immediately. The lines of communication are always open and she sorts issues or questions immediately. Once our issues were resolved she had open houses straight away (even over Easter!) and a tenant sorted in a short amount of time. It is reassuring to know we now finally have a property manager who understands your investment and wants to look after it like you would -especially as an owner that doesn't live near the property. We stayed with our mediocre previous property manager for too long and wish we had made the change sooner.
