They gave me a very succinct overview of potential pricing along with a clear strategy to achieve a sale. Lauren conducted much of the house viewing programme leading to a successful sale at the top end of their price guidance. James was also involved and provided great support to Lauren as the process unfolded in what turned out to be quite a short timeframe. It was notable that they introduced prospects from well outside the Avalon area and indeed the purchaser lived outside the Sydney metropolitan area. Their knowledge of the local market is outstanding, the way they conducted themselves was always professional and the constant feedback and quality of communication was excellent.
