Uncertain Times
There is always a level of uncertainty is selling your property. Lauren explained not just the process, activities etc. of what to expect, but kept me totally informed all the way through with a high level of feedback that helped me make informed and considered decisions. So when it came to crunch time, I fully understood our position, the strategy for achieving not just a sale, but how we would maximise the sale price. This gave me great confidence to leave it to Lauren to close out the sale for us, in what is uncertain times for selling properties in our area. Great job Lauren!

Selling our forever home was a big deal
Selling our forever home was a big deal and selling it in these market conditions was even more so. I want to acknowledge 3 things about James:- His calmness and composure at all times, His integrity, The way that he is able to manage and hold the space for both the buyers and the vendors. I am not sure how he does it because it must take something extraordinary.

Honest, Caring and professional

There should be no other choice
Very few times you meet agents that you can genuinely trust. Lyndall is one of them. She is always acting in the best interest of both parties(normally agents will overrepresent the vendor) with genuine care and consideration. Attention to detail and driven to work with both parties to achieve a positive outcome, I cannot recommend Lyndall enough. Needless to say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
