My husband and I couldn't fault the experience we had with James and commend the professionalism and sincere help and care his team from McGrath in Avalon / Pittwater showed us . During the process we were trying to do a same day settlement which couldn't be achieved due to a delay with banks but James negotiated with the sellers so we could move our furniture in at least until we settled 1 week later. This was so greatly appreciated and helped us immensely through this nerve racking time. Its often difficult to find sincerity in this business yet the confidence we felt dealing with James and his team was 2nd to none. I would recommend James and the team from McGrath Avalon / Pittwater to anyone whether buying or selling.
