You won't find a better agent!

I had had the pleasure of interacting with Joey both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer I found him to be professional and pleasant to deal with, trying his best to get the right price for his client without being overbearing or making me feel uncomfortable. 6 years on when I recently wanted to sell my house I had several agents around, but Joey was the clear choice for me, and I was not disappointed. Joey spent time understanding my needs and my reasons for selling. He provided me with an honest opinion of what price he felt he could achieve for my property based on his extensive experience in the area, and based on my own research I knew he wasn't trying to give me an inflated number just to get my business. From the start Joey was genuine, punctual and professional. He is an excellent communicator and made sure I was updated with every step of the process. Joey was able to successfully sell my house at the first open home, negotiating with the buyer to achieve a price that I was comfortable with and met my needs. I absolutely recommend Joey and would definitely use him as an agent in the future.

Five stars are not enough for Matt's professional and personal assistance

Matt has held my hand every step of the way, his advice on presentation, and generally his support during the sales process, goes over and above the experiences I have had to date with the real estate industry in general. Matt's communication skills are outstanding, he was always very positive that we would achieve a good outcome, and was genuinely concerned that both seller and buyer were satisfied at the end of the process.
