Terrific Service!

Jerry Zhang : a very highly rated property manager
We were so impressed with Jerry as a real estate agents for the purchase of our investment unit in the in the complex of 643 Pine Ridge Road that we decided to use him as property manager. He demonstrates good knowledge of the rental market, and is able to quickly select new tenants to insure continuity in rental income. He was highly efficient in coordinating the various trades (masonry, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, electrician) needed for the renovation of our unit to insure a smooth and fast outcome. He is excellent in interfacing with tenants and body corporate and resolving issues as they arise and keeping us informed and up to date. Jerry is also very personable, a good listener and willing to take into account different perspectives and be flexible and adaptable. His overall communication skills are well developed, this includes a regular newsletter presenting to landlords the current issues of relevance in the complex. We highly recommend AJ Boys as managers to any property investor.

Friendly, professional and responsive
Both of my husband and I feel so lucky to have Jerry as our property manager. Jerry assists us since pre-settlement inspection, he gets the job done well with no delays when we have locker and power switch issues. Jerry demonstrated profound knowledge and was able to rent out our investment property with a good rental yield in 2 days after settlement, which was amazing. I would highly recommend Jerry.
