Jerry recently managed a full renovation of my three bed townhouse. Jerry sourced quotes, recommended tradies, purchased and collected materials, coordinated all the tradesmen so that the property was out of the rental pool for as short a time as possible. The bathrooms were completely gutted and refitted, all internal walls and ceilings were repainted, new floor covers and window treatments throughout. Even the power points and light switches were replaced with snappy shiny new ones. Jerry kept me informed of progress at each step.
