Amazing service
My family and I were required to move from Regional NSW to Sydney for work at short notice. We looked at a number of properties but unfortunately, missed out on opportunities to bid or purchase due to questionable actions of agents. We were stressed and frustrated for many weeks while living in an Air B&B. I spoke to Rowan who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He had a property that was about to be put on the market that met my families needs. Rowan was honest and realistic with the price assessment for the property. We placed an offer which was accepted after quick negotiation. Nothing was to difficult for Rowan, he was always available, kept in regular contact and provided all the advice and guidance we required. I understand that by purchasing this property before it was officially advertised, Rowan and his agency missed out on important advertising opportunities with signage out the front and on-line viewings. However, this did not seem to be an issue for Rowan, he only wanted the best outcome for us and the vendors which he was able to obtain quickly and respectfully. I have no hesitation in recommending Rowan and his agency, he is a professional, trustworthy and honest man who I will use again if I need to buy or sell a property again.
