We met Sam when we bought the house. He was the most helpful, and honest real estate agent I have ever met. Even after completing the purchase, he helped us with whatever we needed, even several years after. When it was time for us to sell, there was no question about it, we engaged Sam. He helped us get the services together from his contacts, and they were also very excellent with their customer service, going out of their way to help us meet our very short timeframe. Sam has always kept us up to date at every stage and charged a very reasonable fee. And he really knows the real estate market! I learned so much about it from him. For the 8 years I have known him, he has always been reliable, friendly and always had an outstanding solution to everything. He has great respect for his customers, and values the relationships that are formed with them. If you need a really good real estate agent, hire Sam!
