Although Amit is knowledgeable I felt as though he was too busy with a large number of properties on the market and was very pushy in getting the apartment sold under auction conditions to allow him to move on. Our apartment was sold for substantially less than other apartments in the same complex in the same week not under auction conditions. Overall I believe that Amit's sale strategy was not able to get the highest price possible as our apartment was more tailored to first home buyers who likely would have a preference to not buy under auction conditions.

We bought apartment very recently with Tariq, and appreciate his helpfulness and honesty a lot. The apartment was much more than photos showed, which was an awesome surprise. After each inspection I got the feedback out form him regarding his talks with the potential buyer which made me more comfy as going closer to the Auction day. Even with the COVID restrictions he still managed getting enough buyers to show the property as well as following all the gov restrictions. Really professional in what he does.
