Dedicated, and deliver on promises
I am very impressed about how quick Rowan be able to reply to me anytime on any day, and how patient he is. I am very thankful that he went out of his way to make things happen, acting not only as my listing agent, but also like my property manager, to help me with some chores at the unit. He is very skillful in negotiations, and I am very happy with the final result. Strongly recommend him to anyone who want to sell property.

Extremely diligent and transparent
Ritesh organized our open homes and private inspections. He was very organized and diligent in the way he carried out all the activities. He explained the team’s approach before an activity and gave us updates after the activity. This gave us the assurance that the sale of our unit is in safe hands. His knowledge of the local market is very good, and we were very impressed by how well he followed up with potential buyers. The way he maintained relationships with all parties helped close the deal very quickly. His dedication and work ethic paid off as our unit got sold in the first open home itself. If an opportunity presents itself again, will surely be working with Ritesh and Team Nayak.

Very objective, logic driven
This was our first time selling a property. We did not take the usual approach of negotiating with different agents and finalizing an agency. We spoke with only Amit. This was based on all his past reviews and his name in the community. And we did not regret that decision. From the first discussion onwards, Amit was very objective, and logic driven, presenting us with facts based on data and Analytics. He explained to us very patiently the whole process. He did not overpromise and talked about how well his team will take care of all the activities that are in their control such as marketing etc., Amit exceeded our expectations in every way. He was always available for a conversation and guided us on making decisions. And his work ethic gave great results as our unit got sold in the first open home. It was a pleasure working with Amit and if an opportunity arises again, will surely be working with Amit and Team Nayak.

Strong understanding of the market

Excellent understanding of the vendor and the market
Amit is a highly professional real estate agent in his field. His demeanour is respectful of the vendor's wishes while guiding them throughout the process of selling a property. The campaign was driven by himself and his team to gain the best outcome for the vendor...And this was certainly achieved on the day of the auction. My experience as First Home Buyer
After searching for a property for about 4-5 months and interacting with different property agents, i finally stumbled upon Mr. Ritesh. I found him extremely responsive and helpful. Being the first time buyer, i needed help and he understood that part pretty well. My questions were answered diligently and helped me focus on the purchase. Finally the deal was made through Auction and the rest of the process also went smooth. The house was handed over to me in neat and clean condition. It's been a month in the new house and i still quite connected to these guys. Thanks for your help Ritesh and Amit.
