I decided to go with Amit and Ritesh Nayak from McGrath Real Estate in Parramatta as they seemed to have a great track record in the area and their web presence was professional. I'm delighted to say that I wasn't disappointed as Ritesh and his team produced an excellent result above and beyond our expectations. Ritesh and his team were very professional, communicated constantly and provided exactly the right advice for our situation selling from interstate. I cannot recommend Ritesh highly enough.

We bought the home in Girraween with Tariq and much appreciate his helpfulness throughout the process. Being a first home buyer, he made the process very smooth and comfortable and answers all our queries in the process. Thanks for being part of our journey .

Jen was instrumental in our sale. With her multilingual skills and professionalism, she was able to sell our property in the midst of an ever changing market. Thank you Jen for your hard work and sincere effort! She also helped us get in touch with relevant services to settle into our new home. Much appreciated.

“Congratulations your property is SOLD” Amit informs me over the phone. When he rang yesterday I could tell he was truly excited by the news. Amit has exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond to ensure the property was marketed to its best possible potential. He gave advice for the campaign including suggesting ways to market the property and even organized contractors with nothing too much trouble. When looking for an agent I look for someone who is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Amit kept me well informed throughout the process including after hours, which resulted in my confidence that Amit was committed to achieving the best possible result with all the attributes of an agent I needed. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. I recommend Amit, Ritesh and the team at McGrath-Parramatta to anyone hoping for a successful, stress free process.

We recently sold our investment property in North Parramatta using the services of Rowan Thredgold from McGrath real estate. We found Rowan to be most helpful, conscientious and professional during the marketing campaign. Despite problems presented by the COVID lockdown he managed to achieve a most satisfactory price for the unit. We would strongly recommend Rowan to anyone considering the sale of their property. Rowan made the whole process straight forward and worked hard to get a good result. He was always happy to answer questions I had and consistently reminded us of what to do next to get our property ready for sale, in a positive and helpful way. He was really responsive to the changes in processes during COVID restrictions and somehow got everything to run smoothly despite extra challenges. Having a wide range of contacts and speaking with potential buyers regularly meant he was able to sell quickly and effectively at a good price.

Ritesh Nayak is a great person to work with. His market knowledge is commendable and so are his customer service skills. We reached out to him for purchasing our first home in Sydney. He has really been very helpful and patient throughout the purchase process and was ready to arrange for inspection a number of times before we could make our decision. He was considerate and understood our needs and stood as a pillar of support for communicating with the vendor side from buyer's perspective. He is a true professional and we are glad to purchase our home through him. We would definitely recommend him and we look forward to associate with him for future purchases.

Amit is one of the most professional and knowledgeable agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge of the area and the potential buyers is second to none! Amit spent a lot of time explaining the process, potential buyers and possible outcomes to us at the start, and it played out almost exactly as he described it could. Very happy to secure a pre auction sale after only 9 days and 2 open home. Thank you Amit and team for such a great selling experience!

When we first met Anita we felt very comfortable with her. She is a local and that is always helpful. We gave her the brief and were happy that she understood they way we wanted to sell our home. She did a fantastic job in selling our home in a very short time and at the price we were looking for. I have no hesitation in recommending Anita for the sale of your home.

Ritesh is extremely professional, friendly, courteous and easy to speak with. He leaves no stone unturned and thinks outside the square. During the current lockdown he worked hard, showing our property to potential buyers via video calls. During one such instance, to assure the eventual buyer of our property how close all the local amenities are, he even drove to those venues while still being on the video call. Once the buyer was secured, he was an important link between us and the buyer and gave us regular updates all the way through. Thank you Ritesh and we wish you all the success!
