My experience with with Methven has been excellent
I purchased a townhouse through Metheven, the agent Steven Powell was professional, kind, and very accommodating in his knowledge of what his client is after, I highly recommend him as an agent if your selling or buying. Andrea Hare is wonderful if your looking to lease out your property or looking to rent, she will help you to find the right fit. I found the reception staff very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Methven in Mooroolbark.

Andrea has been managing my rental property all through covid, and across two tenants. She is a very good communicator with a solid understanding of the market and what motivates tenants. She competently guided both myself and my tenant through the covid lock-downs & associated financial stresses. And just recently managed the sourcing and placement of new tenants into my property. The name says it all
This is my first experience with Methven Professionals. I met with Property Manager Cindi Wilson at the property I have successfully become the new Tennant with. Cindi was very professional very thorough very polite, listened to my questions, answered my questions, showed interest, never rushed or hurried me through. Cindi is always happy and and can hear the smile through her voice whenever I speak to her. Has offered her help in anything I may need in future I regards to re ting my new property. I feel very lucky to have a Propeety Manager like Cindi and look forward to a long and happy stay.
