The team were great during the sales phase. I needs a property that would be suitable for a dog and they were very accommodating and proactive. However the handover of the proper Was very poor. There was no power due to a long period of non occupancy and this took many days to resolve. Thee taps in the property are leaking some much I can not safely use laundry and the electrics in the kitchen do not work. The management company think it is my responsibility to repair these items.
