We are a couple living in Singapore and we purchased this apartment in Matraville from John and Zoli, as we are overseas we could not attend an auction so with the patience from John and Zoli we had the chance to make an early bid that was within the vendors expectation and close the deal. Not all agents will deal with overseas buyers from my experience. good effort

As first home buyers my wife and I were stepping into the unknown (to some extent), and after seeing a Mascot property presented by Zoli we knew we were in safe hands; communication was excellent, questions were taken away and answered (if they couldn't be answered straight away), everything was transparent and very easy to digest. From initial inspection to settlement and collection of keys, both Zoli and John were a delight to work with - their knowledge of the apartment complex and willingness to pass on details of handymen to help us move in comfortably was most appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.
