We got well below what we were told and what was market value. We agreed to the sale as he told us we had no other interested parties, which was not the case. We were rushed to sign first thing in the morning so the contracts could be sent off and "we didn't lose the only buyer we had". The agent didn't even know who he had sold to until after we signed the contracts and as it turned out the buyer (developer) was not the only interested party. So much with this sale doesn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend using this agent.
