We hadn't even signed our agency agreement when Zoli called to let us know that a contact of John's was keen to inspect our property as an investment. This investor gave us the price we were after, and because we sold off-market we made big savings - no painting, styling or advertising were needed. I really doubt that other agents could have delivered such a good result so painlessly. Zoli and John's contacts and knowledge of the area are a great asset you can tap into.
