I rented a unit that has black mould and serious water ingress issues that were not obvious at inspection. Upon move-in I immediately raised the issues. None of these issues have been addressed.. water damaged walls have plaster slathered on them, now crumbling. The previous tenants of 2 years also had a dog and did not steam clean the carpets, they are filthy. I was advised to “clean it myself or buy a cheap carpet to cover it up”. The air condition filter is covered in dense black mould and dirt, I have been told “no it’s not, the owner said it is clean” . I know there is high demand for rental properties in sydney right now, but this is unacceptable. NG Farah refuse to take care of serious property issues. I feel bad for any owner that trusts their investments to this company, and any unsuspecting renters who do not know the law. Avoid at all costs.
