While searching for an apartment in a current market can be a daunting experience, James and his team made the process a breeze. I attended the inspection on Saturday, liked the property and submitted the application. Which is rather easy to fill out. James contacted me shortly after and by Sunday afternoon my application was confirmed, deposit paid and the place secured. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Very professional team, impeccable manners, great people skills (trust me I’m NOT the best with people to be honest) but NG Farah go the extra mile in helping us renters out there (& landlords too) in this current rental crisis! They only hold opens when the property meets acceptable industry standards & James Daniels team of real estate agents are friendly yet professional and personable agents - the number one agents in the Eastern suburbs without a doubt!

Rene was extremely helpful and followed through on everything she promised to do with the end result being my apartment rented out promptly and at the right price. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent out their property

I had a very positive experience with Megan Reid, she provided excellent communication and did all in her power to ensure I got a reliable tenant. After a poor experience with the previous property manager at NG Farah, Megan had a difficult job and exceeded all expectations! Would definitely work with her again.

I have leased out my investment property in Mascot with James and Emily recently. They are really professional, efficient and client-based agents. Compared to my previous agent, I can easily reach them and receive sensible advice in a timely manner. Much appreciated their efforts!

I'm very glad I chose NG Farah as my agent on leasing my property. Their service is very professional and really work on your behalf. Especially my agent James Daniel, is someone I will highly recommend. He is a very experienced real estate agent and works very efficiently, and also pay attention to details. Keep me updated with every step and discuss with me on any plans that needed to proceed. I will recommend NG Farah to anyone who is looking for agent managing their investment properties.
