About us

With 21 years in the industry living and breathing Property Management, my career started as a receptionist through a real estate traineeship straight out of school at the ripe age of 18. Naturally I progressed as a property officer to then property manager to naturally a senior property manager. It is only therefore fitting to consider myself a veteran in my field. Having best be known as a hard-working individual who is authentic, passionate and trustworthy, it was only natural for me to turn my dream into a reality. AJR Property Management was therefore an idea / concept for me to exclusively manage Residential Properties. It is a mobile agency that provides superior and personalised service that both Landlords and Tenants deserve. "Your property is our priority" speaks volumes. I treat all my landlords and tenants as an individual and not a number, and so that is why I have become a successful Property Manager over the years. Professional and Relatable

My wife and I recently sold our home and wanted to move to an area which we had dreamed about. While the Market is remaining hot and crazy, we wanted to rent a house for our family to start our new journey in our dream area. Amanda made this process so easy and accommodating even with the fact we were about to deal with Harsh Lockdowns. If I could, I would give her 7 stars!!!
