We went to an inspection in one of the properties that I’ve applied for and accepted already before the inspection, but on the day of the inspection wasn’t really what we where looking for, so speaking with the agent he told me that he was going to do an open house in another property on the same day that might better for us. We went to the inspection and really liked the property so I told him and on the next day we had a call from the office saying that our application for that one was approved as well, for reference we’re a couple with no kids and 2 little cats. On the date that we moved in the property was very clean and the condition report was detailed as well, very happy with the agency and staff, will clearly recommend.
