Our place had a tenant at the time of sale. Some delicate negotiation was required in order to gain reasonable access and Sandy did this so well that the tenant did not feel any intrusion at all. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years, we can confidently say that Sandy is the hardest working and the one with the best communication skills that we have ever encountered. Every time there was an open house we received a call to inform us of what had happened. We most definitely recommend her services and will be using her again.

Sandy was always on time for appointments listened to my questions and answered them honestly. She was very organized so the procedures to get the house on the market ran smoothly, organizing the building inspection and photographers.
